Service Terms

The following additional terms apply to enquiries and bookings for our cycling and corporate wellness events:

Bookings & Payments

A 30% non‑refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due 30 days before the event. Bookings made within 30 days of the event require full upfront payment.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Definitions: “Days” means calendar days before the Event Start Date (00:00 London time).
  • > 30 days: The 30% deposit is non-refundable and retained. Any other amounts paid are refunded, less any unrecoverable third-party costs already incurred. (Optional: deposit may be applied as a credit to one rescheduled date within 12 months, subject to availability.)
  • 15–30 days (inclusive): 50% of total fees paid are refunded. The deposit is retained, and unrecoverable third-party costs may be deducted.
  • 0–14 days: No refund.
    Substitutions: Participant substitutions may be considered on request and are subject to supplier/venue approval and any additional costs.

Services Provided

We provide logistics coordination, closed‑circuit cycling routes, bike rental coordination, and hospitality. We do not offer guided tours. Participants ride independently with support from our logistics team.

Participant Responsibilities

Participants must ensure they are physically able to ride, comply with safety rules, obtain appropriate personal travel/health/equipment insurance, and sign our liability waiver prior to participation.

Risks & Liability

Cycling involves inherent risks. By booking, participants accept these risks. We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage unless caused by our negligence.

Force Majeure

Events may be cancelled or changed due to factors beyond our control (including adverse weather, natural disasters, or political unrest). We may offer rescheduling or a partial refund at our discretion.

Governing Law

These Service Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
